My approach is based on a form of psychotherapy that helps you explore your personality and how it has been shaped by your experiences, it's known as Transactional Analysis.
I have helped people overcome various difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, confidence issues, low self-esteem, relationship issues and divorce. I support an anti-discriminatory LGBTQ+ affirmative stance.
I bring a lot of compassion and self-compassion into my work. I love showing how self-compassion works. It is so easy to be hard on ourselves. But sometimes we are too harsh and we need to learn ways to ease up a bit.
